The P$SETTOPMARGIN library routine sets the top margin of the paper.
Syntax
 CALL "P$SETTOPMARGIN" USING sizeHeight
                            [units]
Parameters
sizeHeight
any numeric data item
Specifies the margin size
Units
PIC X(n)
Optional. Can be either "Inches", "Metric", or "Device Units".
