isCobolThreadInit
The isCobolThreadInit function is a shortcut to create a new isCOBOL environment in an existing JVM. It has the same effect as isCobolInitEx.
int isCobolThreadInit (pice)
Parameters
pice
Pointer to the isCOBOL environment for the thread.
