UPPER and LOWER clauses
The UPPER and LOWER clauses cause the content of the screen item for which they are specified to be converted to upper-case or to lower-case, respectively.

Syntax rules
1.
The UPPER or LOWER clause may be specified only for a screen description entry whose category is alphabetic, alphanumeric, or national.
